Sarah Farber and Coco Wen from the Association of Conflict Resolution will kick off the session by teaching key strategies for handling disagreements, improving communication, and working through challenges as a team. Teams will then race to build a tower to “escape the room,” earning supplies by solving conflict scenarios and answering questions.
