ART2HEARTS provides bright and vibrant artwork to the Pediatric Units of hospitals around the world. Those involved will participate in creating pieces of art that will go directly to where children are treated in hospitals to ensure that their environment is transformed from the typical hospital setting to one that is adorned with bright colors and inviting works of art. By transforming hospital spaces, they will become more welcoming and less "scary" for the pediatric patients who are especially impacted by their surroundings. Studies have shown that exposure to bright colors and art, particularly for children, has a direct correlation to more positive mental health and medical outcomes.
